LOUIS, January 12, 2022 \u2014 FleishmanHillard earned the top score of 100 again on this year\u2019s Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Equidad MX: Global Program for Labor Equity<\/a> report, leading to the agency being named a 2022 \u201cBest LGBTQ+ Workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

The HRC Equidad MX program is designed after HRC\u2019s Corporate Equality Index<\/a> \u2014 the LGBTQ+ workplace equality benchmarking survey in the U.S. To obtain a score of 100, companies must demonstrate established policies, programs and procedures that ensure fairness to LGBTQ+ people in the workplace. This year\u2019s report assessed major businesses in Mexico on three core pillars of LGBTQ+ inclusion: 1) adoption of nondiscrimination policies, 2) creation of employee resource groups or diversity and inclusion councils, and 3) engagement in public activities to support LGBT inclusion. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

This year, FleishmanHillard joins the ranks of 242 major employers who have a nationwide reach across Mexico. This recognition speaks to the agency\u2019s ambition to become the most inclusive communications agency in the world.  <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
